This building - located on the site of the former church of San Michele - is a real treasure trove of art containing all the frescoes salvaged from two churches that were not rebuilt after the 1976 earthquake, Santa Maria delle Grazie and San Giovanni in Brolo.
 
TRIVIA- Today’s nunnery is the former Convent of Saint Clare, which was shut down by Napoleon in 1810.
